Prioritize like Picasso

"Only put off until tomorrow what you are willing to die having left undone."
- Pablo Picasso

I'm pretty sure that we'd all change our actions if we found out we were dying tomorrow.  What would you put aside and be okay with leaving undone?  If the majority of things on your list are things that you could put off tomorrow, what are some things you absolutely, definitely want to do before the day is over?  If today was all you had, would you do or start something new?  The good thing is that today probably isn't your last day.  So, if there is something you really want to accomplish or achieve, why not start today?

  1. Luckily, I think about life like this very often, so unlike most people I do so many things that I love. Saying "Yes!" instead of shying away from things. What would I do if I knew I'd die tomorrow? Cry, a lot. Eat, as much as I can. Spend my entire money on presents and give them away to people I love. And take pictures of them with me, so they can remember me smiling. That being said, I know posts like these want to encourage people to live adventurous more often and stop going crazy about the little things. Once you realize how small you are in comparison to this world, everything becomes so much easier. Nobody cares whether or not I am good at doing housework. Nobody cares if I fall down when trying to learn to use a pennyboard. Being shy and scared is unnescessary, life is way to short to not take every opportunity you can get ♥ I am very fine with leaving things undone, as long as they are things that aren't important. I would never let my financial planning undone, because without that, my life would get really unpleasant. But if I can dismiss it, I will. Anything. xD

  2. I just recently found the quote and it is helping me prioritize tasks better. It's great that you're taking advantage of every day. I've joined a writer's group and I plan on going to the beach more frequently. :)

hehe I looked up pennyboard. Is it easy?
