25 Reasons Why You are Great

I don't know about you, but I often have the feeling that I should be doing more.  Doing better or even something else.  Especially since I'm working on something so intangible as a blog where affirmation does not come by too often.  It's easier to find or point out the faults or shortcomings than it is to compliment or praise.  Today, stop.  Breathe.  And take some time to write down 25 positive qualities about yourself or talents that you have.  Even if you're still working towards your goals, it's good to remind yourself that in spite of what you do, you are enough.

Did you find this exercise easy?  I breezed through 10, got stuck at 19, and still have yet to finish this list.  : /
